2 · What we collect

When you request a free sample report, you actively provide:

Your email address
An Amazon product link or ASIN you want us to analyze

When you submit the form, our infrastructure also processes technical data needed to deliver the service and prevent abuse:

IP address and derived country
Browser user-agent string
Timestamp of the submission

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or web analytics on this site.

3 · Why we use it, and the legal basis

To create and email you the report you requested — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent when you submit the form).
To contact you about the founding-member program you signed up for — Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR.
To protect the form from spam and abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile) and keep the service secure — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functioning, abuse-free service).

4 · Where your data is stored & who processes it

We use the following processors under data-processing agreements:

Cloudflare — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), form storage (Cloudflare D1, hosted in the EU region), and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Turnstile may process your IP address to distinguish humans from bots; it is designed to be privacy-preserving and does not track you across sites.
Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH / Brevo SAS, EU) — to send you the report and program emails.

Your signup data is stored in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it does so under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5 · How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as needed to run the founding-member program and deliver the reports you asked for, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@scryup.com. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

7 · Nature of the service

Scryup provides statistical estimates about Amazon sales-rank trends. These are not guarantees and not sourcing, investment, or business advice. Scryup is not affiliated with Amazon.
